Take 1 measuring capful or 4 teaspoonfuls (= 20 mL) before meals as an appetizer or after meals as a herbal supplement. Take GALLEXIER HERBAL BITTERS regularly. IMPORTANT! As this product does not contain alcohol or artificial preservatives, it must be refrigerated after opening. DO NOT DRINK FROM THE BOTTLE! This product must be used within 4 weeks of opening.
