Triphala is a traditional Ayurvedic healing tonic blend of 3 fruits; Amalaki, Haritaki and Bibhtaki. Traditionally used for Rasayana (rejuvenation) and as a digestive and detoxification tonic.

-relief of oaccasional constipation
-relieve mild colic pain and flatulence
-rejuvenation
-relieve mild heart burn associated with non-specific indigestion
